Putting one of our old favourite hops, Simcoe, to good use, we’ve brewed a single hop IPA in both the West and East Coast style.
First Dose: West Coast IPA 6.0%. True to style West-coast with a firm bitterness and nice malt backbone.
Second Dose: East Coast IPA 6.0%. Juicy, hazy, soft mouthfeel, low in bitterness. All the things you’ve come to expect from a “modern” IPA.
