There are few places quite like the Figure 8 Pools in the Royal National Park. It’s not just the shape of the pool but the whole surrounds. It’s a stunning place right on our doorstep that we’ve wanted to salute with a beer for some time. Naturally it had to be 8% and our first Double Hazy IPA and dry hopped daily for 8 days with a blend of BRU-1, Simcoe, Centennial & Citra hops.
