Every year we put out a series of single hop IPAs to showcase our favourite hops. Our single hop Mosaic IPA has by far been the most popular inside and out of the brewery, making it into our permanent line up last year. As the brewers favourite hop we wanted to make sure it still had a place in our limited release cans, so we have given it the hazy treatment! Expect all the delightful flavours and aromas of our regular Mosaic IPA but more juice, more haze, and more craze!
