The process is used to bring out flavours from the hops that normal dry hopping can’t while also removing some of the more undesirable flavours. Innovation at its finest! Space Cowboy boasts a wonderfully aromatic profile that throws back to the classic West Coast IPA with a distinctly modern twist.
