Fly the Coop is a big old hazy DIPA bursting with juicy tropical flavour. We decided to focus on some of our favourite heavy hitting US hops which have melded perfectly with the expressive Sherlock yeast strain from Mogwai.
Shame the fellas from Seeker never made it to the brew day, Dougie, the brewery pup decided to fly the coop that morning.
