Chur Ground Hop Day Cryo Hopped IPA

Brewed on Ground Hog Day 2020. We decided to make a good old fashioned IPA but use exclusively Cryo Hops. We have jammed this up with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Sabro and Cryo Mosaic. It’s a doozy. If this beer emerges from it’s burrow and sees it’s own shadow it will mean 6 weeks more winter. Let’s hope that the little bugger does not. But we live in the southern hemishere, so really who cares if it’s snowing in Punxsutawney or space. PS don’t drink this and drive, it is just a label with Bill Murray and a Ground Hog!
