Love it or hate it, lactose has been popping up in a lot of beers lately, and it’s left the craft beer community in Australia about as divided as the American electorate. So given a recent run of IPAs with a pinch (or a punch) of milk sugar, we decided to return to our roots and keep the cream out of the kettle. Huge hits of citrus and tropical fruit notes make this oat heavy DIPA shine.
