Five Barrel Box Factory Hazy IPA
India Pale Ale from Five Barrel — 6.5% ABV
This was our first time using Talus and experimental hop 10416. We didn't quite know what to expect but are really impressed with how they worked together. The profile changed a bit during fermentation, and after a few days of conditioning. It was incredible to see how the aromatics changed from citrusy to tropical, to coconut and more. The beer is complex, yet drinkable. Definitely one to be proud of!
