Pale malt, oats and wheat combine with London III to build the base of this brew.
We’ve added a couple of slugs of passion fruit juice to the whirlpool and during fermentation, to help round out the flavour profile and add a touch of acidity to the party.
Last up, a huge dry hop of Strata does its thing, releasing a medley of tropical fruits and dankness.
