We love to play with hops here and the release of experimental varieties is always something we look forward to. HBC630 brings some really interesting new flavours to the table with sweet cherry and berry notes as well as a soft creamy peachy element to it. House favourites Motueka, with its bright, zesty tropical and citrus notes, and Mosaic, with its kaleidoscope of flavours, seemed like the perfect pair to include in this super smooth and soft finishing hazy IPA.
