India Pale Ale from Mountain Culture — 9% ABV
In celebration of International IPA day, we decided to brew an almost forgotten classic that showcases dank and resinous flavours: a hop-forward Black IPA. A dominator in its prime, we have kept things traditional using a heavy dark malt bill giving this beer its dark appearance and bringing out flavours of toffee, caramel and a hint of roasted malt. Hoppy citrus and earthy notes from the late addition of Columbus Cryo and Citra hops complement the malt character and give this beer a well-rounded finish and moreish bitterness.
