Mountain Culture Video Vibe DIPA

India Pale Ale from Mountain Culture — 8% ABV

We conceived the idea of this beer with co-parents and good mates, Finback, in a bar in Brooklyn, New York. Over a few beers with Basil and Kevin from Finback, we dreamt up a collab that best represents the hazy’s from our respective hemispheres.

Months later (was it nine?), it was brewed in an old video store in the Blue Mountains, Australia. Between trips down some local waterfalls and taking in the views over a few more beers, we did manage to fire up the brew kit. The result? A hazy DIPA with a surprisingly restrained amount of haze and sweetness but still with an excessive amount of flavour.

We agreed on double dry-hopping it with some of our favourite American hops - Citra, Centennial and BRU-1 - to provide assertive pineapple, mango and pink grapefruit note

Available in 500mL can
