On a very cold and wintery Katoomba night in July 2020, Harriet and DJ welcomed their baby girl - Dorothy Margaret McCready. The next day, DJ went back to the brewery with the instructions to brew a beer worth waiting nine months and enduring 30 hours of labour for.
And so Yellow Brick Road, a juicy tropical NEIPA, was also born.
Critics (Harriet) are calling it some of DJ's finest work.
