India Pale Ale from One Drop Brewing Co — 6.5% ABV

FUUUUU comes fresh straight out of our hazy pilot program. We have dialled down the volume of our Hazy IPA releases to give our brewers a chance to dial up the constant experimentation, tweaking, exploration, and evolution of this exciting journey into haze. FUUUUU is very unique in this way and deserves a special mention. We’ve taken our in-house Hazy Yeast Blend™, that has been amazing to work with, and put it under insane stress – by pressure fermenting the entire brew. This, we believe, has resulted in an IPA that is dominated heavily by the ester profile this unique yeast throws out. By fermenting under pressure we believe these nuanced flavours and aromas are ‘re-infused’ back into the beer. Resulting in a truly unique beer that we are damn excited to share with you all.
