Dreaming Of Sunshine is a brand new California style IPA brewed with Mosaic LUPOMAX, Simcoe Cryo, Citra, Centennial and Motueka. In this version of our Cali IPA's we introduce a hint of dank pine to accompany a wonderful bouquet of grapefruit zest and orange citrus crush. The body is lean and clean with a light straw colour that pours beautifully clear. We pick up a hint of kiwi hop dankness on the finish with a light and pleasant bitterness to round it out.
