As you may know, we absolutely love Pilsners. We also love hops and an ABV that sneaks above 8.0%.
It’s a style we’ve been excited about brewing from a technical standpoint, but with german pilsner malt, the freshest Citra and Mosaic and a long cold ferment we have our first New World Imperial Pilsner. You could see from Mike and Erik’s faces as they were trying it from the tank that they’re chuffed with how it came out.
