One Drop Slip Dart Czech Pilsner

A heavy lifting Traditional Czech Style Pilsner - about as traditional as our brewer will allow - with a pronounced hop character and malty backbone.

Like Revival Pre-Prohibition Lager, our main focus here is water and how we treat it. It's upon this base we build Slip Dart's malty flavours of old biscuit, fresh hay and doughy bread - plus a spicy hop character with a lingering and hefty bitterness. A lengthy cold conditioning gives this backwards contender a warm place in our brewers' hearts. Come join us on this journey of liquid gold.
