Lager/Pilsener from Shapeshifter — 6.2% ABV
This is a double dry hopped lager with notes of lychee, white grape, peach and orange.
With a delicious pilsner malt base and using a classic strain of lager yeast, we treated it like an IPA and loaded it with hops during active fermentation.
After that the yeast did its thing - called biotransformation - and created a medley of unique flavours.
Do you prefer lagers or IPA’s? Doesn’t matter! This is the beer for you.
