The Berliner is the Deeds interpretation of the classic German Berliner Weisse, a wheat heavy, low alcohol Sunday sipper with a rich bready malt character and a mild lactobacillus driven tartness. A token dry hop of Hallertau Blanc gives mild white wine notes and a soft peachy fruit character that makes for an irresistibly more-ish drinking experience. Ideal for cracking anytime.
