A collaboration between Four Pillars Distillery and Hargreaves Hill. This Gose was sored and aged in Four Pillars Gin barrels just long enough for gin characteristics to take hold without too much oak coming through. Botanicals were then added to enhance the distinguishing gin notes. A highly sessionable, yet intricate brew.
