When conversations began around a possible collaboration with Wollongong Brewers Seeker - we know we wanted to do something cool. Each head brewer picked a fruit to build this brew around, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
What emerged from this clashing of creatives is Cardinal Lava. a 6% Fruited Smoothie Sour. Pouring deep, vibrant pink with touches of Cardinal crimson tones. You're met with a juicy tutti-fruitti confectionary sweetness combined with a generous mouth coating of cherries.
