A new fruited sour straight out of our pilot program. Combing three types of souring bacteria fermented out on top of cherries with an enigmatic Belgian yeast strain lending classic classic clove, pepper and red fruit skin vibes.
A blended malt bill of under-modified barley, wheat and rye lend the nuanced complexity underneath a tart acidity that you'd typically expect from a Belgian style sour.
A final addition of fresh cherry juice provides a sweet and fruit-forward structure with cherries just leaping out of the can. Expect a more tart take on this year's Dark Cherry Imperial Sour, more complex than Blueberry Sour.
