We showcase our kettle sour base with an acetic blend for a nostlgic trip to the corner store. By adding fresh pineapple juice & puree, with bags of real sherbet, sorbet powder, and lemon and lime zest added at the end of fermentation we transport you back to an old school summer with an explosion of sherbet yum. A sour pineapple-ly twang gives way to lemony limey sour yumness.
