A special release sour with a fresh and juicy dose of Australian red plums. A traditional Berliner Weisse base, heavy in malted wheat and barley, along with a novel blend of 2 different bacteria, and a unique yeast strain.
Expect a clean and gentle red berry tartness backed up with a sweet, full, fresh plum spinning finish.
