We've taken our big, meaty, giant of a stout brewed for our Brumalia Winter Solstice event & then aged in Whisky (Monkey Shoulder) infused oak barrels. Brewed with 100% Tomahawk hops, the beer has flavours of dark chocolate with hints of coffee, & rich bourbon. The base beer won Gold at the Australian International Beer Awards
