Ground control to Major Tom! Commencing countdown the launch is on! Apollo 12% is the inaugural launch of the new Bodriggy Barrel Series. After 11 long months in ex australian whiskey barrels our Imperial stout has propelled itself into the light. This momentous occasion has been a major goal of mine (JG) to bring barrel aged beers to our amazing brewpub, where the barrels are even part of the decor. Barrel aging is brewing on another universal scale where, after taking such care with our brewing standards, we throw caution to the wind and relase our control into the hands of wooden casks! What will come out? Only one way to find out!
