Cake Day was aged in a combination of Bernheim, Four Roses, Heaven Hill and Old Fitzgerald bourbon barrels and clocks in at a festive 14.5% ABV. Sweet chocolate from a blend of Ghanaian and Ecuadorian cacao nibs opens the palate, then it's a flavor fiesta replete with vanilla frosting and sprinkles all the way through the finish. It's ridiculous; it's perfect.
