Bracket Single Origin Imperial Coffee Stout

With the days getting shorter we thought it was about time we released another dark beer and what better way to kick off Stout season than with an Imperial Coffee Stout. We’ve teamed up with our mate James Seventh Wave Coffee to select and roast this unique Colombia Anaerobic Natural Process coffee.

We’ve also taken a slightly different approach to producing the base stout for this beer incorporating an 8hr boil to concentrate the sugars and intensify the malt character. The result is an intense, sweet and thick imperial stout base that has accepted the funky confected Colombia Anaerobic Natural Process coffee perfectly. Think floral, confected berries and vanilla
