In commemoration of our seventh beerthday, this imperial pastry stout with cherry and coconut is a celebratory birthday cake in liquid-form that we’ve aged in ex-whisky barrels (because of course we would). Rich and velvety with forward notes of black forest and coconut, it’s the best way we could think of to have our cake and drink it.
