This annual release has something of a cult following, now in its fifth year.
We brewed this thick, rich, delectable imperial stout in mid-2021, then aged it in various barrels for around 12 months. This particular set of barrels are now in their third year, so the character of the original spirit is more subtle than previous releases, and hte oak is prominent. Perfect for drinking now, or cellaring.
