Stout from Shapeshifter — 4.2% ABV
This is a traditional dry Irish stout with an ale malt base, flaked and roasted barley additions and hopped with Willamette.
Almost jet black in appearance, it has a nuanced bitterness balanced with dark chocolate and roasted notes from the specialty malt.
Add to that a dry finish and lower ABV and you have a stout that’s perfect for any occasion.
