A luscious, adjunct laden imperial stout brewed with a Golden Promise base malt, roasted wheat, a plethora of Kiwi specialty malts and oats. This beer had a lengthy fermentation with our house ale yeast before being conditioned on an insane amount of Queensland bananas and Tasmanian Walnuts. Inspired by our favourite ice cream, Chunky Monkey.
